PENGARUH INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY SET, FREE CASH FLOW DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Investment Opportunity Set, Free Cash Flow, and Debt to Equity Ratio as partially and simultaneously on Firm Value. The population in this study is a consumer goods manufacturing sector listed company on IDX in 2013-2017. Sample research method used in this research is purposive sampiling and statistical test used to test the hypothesis is by using multiple regression analysis.the type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id.             The results of this study indicate that: (a) investment opporuntiy set has a positive and significant effect on firm value, (b) free cash flow has a positive and significant effect on firm value, (c) and debt to equity ratio insignificant to firm value, (d) investment opportunity set, free cash flow, and debt to equity ratio together affect the firm value.             For the next researcher, this variable can explore the factors that influence firm value, extend the research period, increase the number of samples and conduct research on all maufacturing companies.  Keywords: Investment Opportunity Set, Free Cash Flow, Debt to Equity Ratio and Firm Value
