The aim of this dissertation is to provide an in-depth analysis of the electoral legislation reforms occurred in Morocco, Egypt and Tunisia during the 2011 uprisings. The main reason behind this choice is to estimates the right to vote regulation impact on the respective constitutional transitions. The author considers the electoral legislation lato sensu to be crucial in understanding the fall or persistence of both ante and post 2011 regimes. This work can be dived in a theoretical and empirical part, consisting of three chapters each.
