Workshop Proceedings.This report covers the proceedings of the Second Regional Community-Based Natural Resource Management (CBNRM) Program in Southern Africa meeting held at the University of Western Cape during the period 16-17 October 2000. The two day meeting was attended by a total of 34 participants drawn from 11 Southern and East African countries - South Africa, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Lesotho, Zambia, Kenya, Namibia, Tanzania, Mozambique, Botswana and Swaziland - and the Netherlands (Appendix 1).
