This article provides data on the effectiveness of the notropov providing specific positive effects on the higher integrative functions of the brain in post-stroke cognitive disorders. The data on clinical and neurophysiological research methods are given. It is also indicated that the notropov providing specific positive effects on the higher integrative functions of the brain improves the prognosis of this disease and helps prevent further increases in cognitive deficit
