Development of innovative strategies in public administration (experience of the Republic of Korea)

As is well known in South Korea, the main driving forces of innovation policy are education and production. It is the development of innovative project ideas and their implementation in production that make it possible, together with obtaining high profits, to raise the standards of living of the population. The Foundation laid in the period of modernization, the accumulated potential monopoly of industrial conglomerates which are the main element of the national economy, and educational system that could respond to the demands of modernity and provide original ideas in IT, petrochemical sector, shipbuilding - all these could bring South Korea to the forefront in the world in these areas
