Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Siswa Melalui Program Boarding School Di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darun Najah Payabenua

This study aims to describe the implementation of student character education through the boarding school program at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darun-Najah Payabenua. The problem in this research is how to implement student character education through boarding school programs. The method in this study is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. This research uses data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that character education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darun Najah is carried out in schools and in the hostel integratively so that the character values ​​developed at MTs Darun Najah include independence, discipline, religion, courtesy, humanism, nationalism, respect for achievement, and Noble character. While the integration of student character values ​​through various routine activities in schools and dormitories, through exemplary teaching by teachers, mentors and school principals by utilizing every encounter with students, through spontaneous activities, through the slogans of character values ​​posted in various corners of schools and dormitories . &nbsp
