Çalışmamızda Modifie edilmiş Wessler staz tromboz modeli kullanarak laboratuvarımızda elde edilen tavşan beyin tromboplastininin trombotik etkisini ve bunun yanısıra deneysel yolla oluşturduğumuz trombus üzerine fraksiyone olmamış heparin (Liquemine) ve düşük moleküler ağırlıkla heparin fraksiyonunun (LMWHP) (CY216) koruyucu etkilerini ve aralarındaki etki farklılıklarını gözlemeyi amaçladık.Tavşanlarda deneysel yolla venöz tromboz oluşturuldu ve doku tromboplastininin kuvvetli bir trombotik ajan olduğu bulundu.
