Kendilenmiş atdişi mısır hatlarında ve melezlerinde verim, verim öğeleri, heterosis ve (S5) genel kombinasyon yeteneğini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada 18 hat kullanılmıştır. 2000 yılında TK-72 tester hattı ile melezlemeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen melezler ve hatlar 2001 yılında 3’er sıra halinde 5 m boyundaki sıralara 3 tekerrürlü olarak ekilmişlerdir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre melezlerde tane verimi 882.2-1521.2 kg/da arasında değişmiştir. Tane veriminde heterosis oranı % -1.80 ile %128.1 arasında değişmiştir.
