Determination of the effect of temperature and rainfall increases on wheat yield using crop-weather modelling under Bursa conditions

Bu çalışmada, Bursa ve yöresinde yetiştirilen Bezostaya buğday çeşidine ilişkin bitki-iklim modellemesi ile verim tahmini, DSSAT V3 (Decision Support System for Agrotechnology Transfer Version 3) paket programı ile incelenmiştir. Ayrıca dünyada sıcaklık artışları konusunda yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda ortalama sıcaklığın, 2~40 C arasında artacağı tahmini göz önünde bulundurularak, bitki gelişme dönemlerinde 20 C ve 40 C sıcaklık artışları ile, 5 mm ve 10 mm yağış artışları, çevresel etmenlerinin bitki gelişiminde nasıl bir etki yapacağı da sınanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, buğday bitkisinin vejetatif gelişme ve vejetatif gelişme dönemi sonundaki sıcaklık ve yağış artışlarına karşı diğer gelişme dönemlerine göre daha duyarlı olduğu, sıcaklık artışlarının bitki gelişimini olumsuz yönde etkilediği sonucu elde edilmiştir.In this study, crop yield estimation of Bezostaya type of wheat cultivated in Bursa was made through Crop-Weather Modelling by the help of DSSAT V3 (Decision Support System for Agrotechnology Transfer Version 3) software package. Furthermore, considering predictions of average temperature in the world will be increased 2-40 C based on studies about global climate change (global warmth), it is tested that how effects the 20 C and 40 C higher temperature and 5 mm and 10 mm higher rainfall to crop growing. As a result, it is determined that wheat is more sensitive to the temperature and rainfall rise in the period of vegetative growth and later vegetative growth period than the other growing periods, temperature rise has a negative effects on crop growth
