This article aims to build a theoretical construct on teacher discourse as a transformational leader and therefore pursues as purposes conceptualize teacher discourse as a transformational leader, analyze their particulars, categorize and describe their characteristic elements. The research was carried out within the qualitative epistemic approach, under the hermeneutical method, descriptive and documentary, making use of the critical abstraction of the subject. Within the findings, theoretical constructs were developed about the teacher as a transformational leader, the teacher's discourse as a transformational leader, its particularities and characteristic elements.
