Ocena sytuacji na rynku pracy przez osoby pracujące w kraju i za granicą w kontekście ich funkcjonowania zawodowego

The aim of the undertaken research was to compare the assessment of the situation on the labour market by the surveyed people working in the UK and employed in the country in the context of the possibility of their professional functioning in the labour market and a sense of job loss. The issue of research undertaken put them in the mainstream of empirical research, which is why the diagnostic survey was a method of gathering knowledge about an interesting phenomenon. The research covered 399 people, including 200 Poles working in Great Britain and 199 people employed in the country. A test of significance of t-Student’s differences for independent groups was used to develop the entire collected empirical material which was used to search for similarities and differences in the assessment of the labour market situation in the place of employment between people migrating in earnings and people employed in Poland. Analyzes of the conducted research have shown that people migrating in earnings and people working in Poland differently assess the situation on the labour market in the country of residence.Celem podjętych badań było porównanie oceny sytuacji na rynku pracy przez badane osoby pracujące w Wielkiej Brytanii i zatrudnione w kraju w kontekście możliwości ich funkcjonowania zawodowego na rynku pracy oraz poczucia zagrożenia utratą pracy. Problematyka podjętych badań umiejscowiła je w nurcie badań empirycznych, dlatego metodą gromadzenia wiedzy o interesującym zjawisku był sondaż diagnostyczny. Badaniami objęto 399 osób, w tym 200 Polaków pracujących w Wielkiej Brytanii oraz 199 osób zatrudnionych w kraju. Do opracowania całości zebranego materiału empirycznego zastosowano test istotności różnic t-Studenta dla grup niezależnych, który został wykorzystany w celu poszukiwania podobieństw i różnic w ocenie sytuacji na rynku pracy w miejscu swojego zatrudnienia między osobami migrującymi zarobkowo a osobami zatrudnionymi w Polsce. Analizy przeprowadzonych badań wykazały, że osoby migrujące zarobkowo oraz osoby pracujące w Polsce odmiennie oceniają sytuację na rynku pracy w kraju pobytu
