After decades of development, America's real estate industry is now playing an important role in the economy. Housing consumption has become a big driving force to expand domestic demand. But in the last few years, America's housing prices rose faster than the increase in overall economic growth especially the increase in the income. The excessive growth trend in housing prices not only greatly affects the life quality of urban residents, but also is a destabilizing factor in the development of the entire national economy.
