Brief information about this person is provided if necessary; a building and room number may be provided.; All of the directories list the names of faculty and staff members or campus offices alphabetically. Some editions, for example the 19931994 directory, list names by department as well.; Beginning in 19931994, directories include "General Telephone Instructions." Other supplemental information was added to the directories intermittently. For example, the 19941995 directory features an "Office Functions by Building" section.; The title of the directories varied over the years, as indicated in the inventory section of this guide.; These directories, though they may list telephone numbers for student groups such as the Associated Students of Westminster College (A.S.W.C.), do not list individual student telephone numbers. Student directories were published separately (see Collection ACC-077B).
