I had no idea of the type of book it was I guess I had visions of another volume of family tree. What a real joy it was to get! Many, many thanks. I haven't had time yet to do more than merely scar, it, but you can bet I'll read it cover-to-cover. The photographs contained in it are a treasure in themselvesI I'm sorry I have not written sooner. I'm taking a course in Adolescent Psychology at Notre Dame nights, and had a real gem of an exam scheduled for last Tuesday. For some reason, the papers were not memeographed on time, so we had to keep studying until Thursday. I ~ust be getting old it takes longer and longer for me to get anything into my head these days, so it seems. Elaine and her family are planning to return the end of August. From vrhat they write, I imagine they are having the time of their lxves. Sy apparently gats quite a few vacations, so they are getting a chance to really see Europe. During his iiaster vacation they went to Italy. Earlier they had a chance tr» travel in France, Germany, and Greece. Their ki^s are having experiences most children never have, and are old enough they will remember them very well the rest of their lives. Grandmother's'passing was something I was expecting, but still was a shock to me. I guess I had thought she would live forever. She did live a wonderful life, and I'm greatful she went as peaceably as she did, and in such pleasant surroundings. I was so glad Then I learned she was in Riverside wiifa you and Zilla. I still can't get over all the things that human dynamo of an au it of mine did for her mother since last fall she is an amazing woman who fits in very well in a family of •Basing women! It seems as though I'm running out of paper, so I'll close. Thanks again for the biography, Aunt Ivy.
