She also broke the ten-year standing school record in the event that was previously held by Elisha Kekacs (13.91). Senior Chelsey Kaplar just missed a personal-best performance in the 400m hurdles, posting a time of 1:00.25 (altitude adjusted) to win the event title. The 4x400-meter relay team of Natalie Young, Yates, Mergaert and Muelleck posted a first-place time at 3:49.16. In the 800-meter race, Mergaert won the event with a time of 2:14.01 (altitude adjusted). In the field events, senior Sarah Grimm won the hammer throw with a mark of 193-2 (58.88m), while Anneli Stahl was second with a throw of 170-8.75 (52.04m).
