Most of the cost of the edifice was raised by the donations of local people appreciation is due local business houses and businessmen for their great help in making this construction possible, commented President Archie Johnson at the dedication. The cost of the building was $40,000. Construction was done under the direction of Glen Oaks, building supervisor.
