Dinosaur National Monument

Tracks were laid at the quarry site at Dinosaur National Monument to remove overburden in preparation for a quarry. The work was done by government groups. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, second superintendent of the Monument
