The Dinosaur National Monument camp can be seen from this view on top of the hill. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. The men worked to remove the overburden to made an access to the quarry area. Tye also gathered small fossils and helped build a tempory museum where the fossils were stored
