Watson, Utah was the last stop on the Uintah Railway. A spur ran to Rainbow, Utah for the hauling of Gilsonite that had been mined. The community of Watson was located in the bottom of a narrow canyon. Evacuation Creek ran through the middle of the canyon and the town was situated on both sides of the creek. Sheep were brought here for the Railway to haul them to over the mountain to Colorado. The community of Watson is now a Ghost Town in Utah
