View from the east of the Vernal Seminary Building located on the corner of 613 West and 200 South. This Seminary building was built in 1937 and used by Uintah High School students until 1955 when the new Seminary building was built on 1000 west across from the new Uintah High School. It is constructed of striated brick and tile with a decorative, tuck point stone veneer at the foundation wall. Oral tradition tell that the stained glass windows were manufactured in Holland. It was used for the 9th grade Seminary building until the Jr. High was moved to the old Uintah High School Building in 1987. A new Uintah High School was build on 500 North at this time.
