thesisJohann Christian Bah settled in London in 1762 as an Italian-trained musician. He became quite friendly with Mozart during the latter's London visit in 1764-65. Even though Mozart was a lad of only ten years of age, he studied Johann Christian Bach's symphonies and was influenced by them. His early Salzburg symphonies strongly indicate this.
