Most of the building's concrete walls have been poured and roofing is underway. The "mechanical pent-houses" which protect the air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment are covered on both towers. Roofers have begun work on the east tower and will start on the west tower in November. By the time the weather turns cold, the building should be covered and windows installed in the east tower.
