: This is a 35-yo-woman presenting with oscillopsia following a viral illness. She described being easily startled, with "shakiness" of the head/neck and body. She had myoclonus and ocular flutter, with the latter evident when she initiated saccades. Eye movement recordings showed that most of her saccadic intrusions did not have an intersaccadic interval, which is supportive of ocular flutter. - - : This patient presented with oscillopsia following a viral illness. She had myoclonus and ocular flutter (no intersaccadic interval), with the latter especially evident following saccades.
