Large Sellar and Suprasellar Mass (Pituitary Macroadenoma) With Left Third Nerve Palsy and Left Optic Tract Compression

A case of a large sellar and suprasellar pituitary macroadenoma with an associated left third nerve palsy and left optic tract compression.
