Depicts the Old Salt Lake City Hall / Salt Lake City Council Hall, circa 1866-1894. Building was built in 1866 for $70,000. It housed city offices until the City and County Building was completed.The Old Salt Lake City Hall is now located on Capitol Hill, east of the head of State Street (300 North State Street). It is the home of the Utah Travel Council
