Pullman Car Fir Peak on D&RGW passenger train No. 8, The Prospector, at the Salt Lake D&RGW Depot in August 1962. This car was used during the summit tourist season to provide Pullman accommodations on the Royal Gorge Route of the Rio Grande. Car was split off of the Prospector at Grand Junction, Colorado, for its trip to Denver via Pueblo on the Royal Gorge train
