PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR ALQUR’AN HADIS SISWA DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH MADANI ALAUDDIN

The inability of teachers to develop students ' achievements in learning Quran and Hadith is the main problem of research. This research aims to determine the influence of pedagogic competence and teacher competence on the learning achievement of Hadith Qur'anic students. The method employed multiple linear regression to see the relationship between pedagogic competence and professional competence towards student learning achievement. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between pedagogic competence and professional competence on student learning achievement. The need for institutional policies to develop the quality of teachers is for the achievement of the students they teach. In subsequent research is expected to add a wider competency variable to be more comprehensive for the development of education
