Perekonomian Nasional Dalam Perspektif Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 Negara Republik Indonesia

Since Indonesia's independence and enacting the 1945 Constitution of the NRI, it has been explicitly outlined a national policy to carry out economic transformation that is changing the subordinated colonial economic system into a democratic economic system. In Article 33 it not only illustrates or provides instructions on how the economic system in Indonesia is, but also illustrates the ideals of the Founders of the Indonesian state who want a certain economic system in Indonesia based on togetherness and based on the principle of kinship. This study uses a normative juridical approach, which is a study that studies the law as written in books and previous research results, which starts with the view that the law is positive norms contained in the legislation system relating to the economic field. Soul Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the NRI is based on a social spirit, which places control of goods in the public interest (such as natural resources) in the country, the economic system that is desirable or mandated is an economic system built jointly by the people of Indonesia
