27th Signal Processing and Communications Applications Conference, SIU (2019: Sivas, Turkey)In this work, a two-tier heterogeneous network is studied. Both base stations and end-devices are capable of caching. A suboptimal cache placement algorithm is proposed for lower delays assuming a statistical mobility model. The results are compared with a lower bound, the effects of the number of base stations and cache capacities are investigated, and the tradeoff between network load ratio and delay is shown. © 2019 IEEE
