This dataset was conducted in January to February 2018, aims to characterize the Japanese household properties, meanwhile investigate the electricity consumption by end-use of 12 households in electric-only multi dwellings in Higashida Smart Community, Kitakyushu, Japan. Hourly electricity load data (HEL) was measured by energy monitor while household characteristics and occupancy were collected from household surveys. It shows relationships between the lifestyle aspects and residential Electricity End-Use (EEU). This database lays a platform for applying energy monitors and ordinary surveys, which defines the contribution of HEL and OCC data in analyzing energy-related lifestyle in a residential area.
