The article presents a manuscript compilation of spells found in the private library of the chairman of the Ukmergė Old Believer community (Lithuania) A.I. Nikitin. This manuscript was written in the first half of the 20th century. It consists of 20 sheets of 8° format, and contains 19 texts of medical and domestic spells and incantation. They substantially supplement the folklore materials recorded in different years and published by Yu. Novikov. At the end of the article all the texts of the manuscript compilation were published
