Noun phrase’s specifier in the written productions of Lithuanian learners in French as a foreign language

The target of this paper is the specifier as one of the elements that are responsible for the coherence within the noun phrase. Empirical research based on data from the annotated corpus of learners reveals the learners’ preferences for a chosen parameter as well as the difficulties encountered. Particular attention is paid to the properties of specifiers to convey the indices of definiteness, gender and number of nouns
