Walnut Green Shall Removıng Machıne

In this study, it designed a machine that allows the separation of the green with a hard shell and is made of walnut. Machines designed in a simple way in order to use for everyone, placed into the machine drum roller, disintegrating knives and cleaner through brushes are separated from coconut shell in a short time. Our study design, manufacturing and installation (the creation of the prototype) is composed of three stages. The design of the machine solid models of the design and manufacturing drawings drawn with the help of the program Inverter is ready for manufacturing parts. Production of these components was then performed drawn image and finally the assembly is manufactured by making prototype machine. 1000x1200x1350 mm size and capacity of the machine of about 300 kg. d. 50 kg of green walnut shells manually processed in 8 hours, without touching by hand at the same time we design our machines can be automatically processed approximately 2,000 kg.Bu çalışmada, Cevizin yeşil olan sert kabuğundan ayrılmasını sağlayan bir makine tasarlanmış ve imal edilmiştir. Makine herkesin kullanabilmesi için basit bir şekilde tasarlanmış, makinenin içerisine yerleştirilen silindir tambur, parçalayıcı bıçaklar ve temizleyici fırçalar sayesinde kabuğun kısa sürede cevizden ayrılması sağlanmıştır. Çalışmamız Tasarım, İmalat ve Montaj olarak üç aşamalarından oluşmaktadır. Tasarım kısmında makinenin katı model tasarımı ve imalat resimleri Inventor programı yardımı ile çizilmiş, parçalar imalata hazır hale getirilmiştir. Daha sonra resmi çizilen bu parçaların imalatı gerçekleştirilmiş ve en son olarak montaj yapılarak prototip makine üretilmiştir. Makinenin ebatları yaklaşık 1000 x 1200 x 1350 mm ve kapasitesi 300 kg’ dır. Manuel olarak 50 kg cevizin yeşil kabuğu 8 saatte işlenebilirken tasarlanmış olan makine ile aynı saatte el değmeden otomatik olarak yaklaşık 2000 kg işlenebilmektedi
