Pulse is an open source self-hosted web messaging application that will allow users to securely communicate and share files with other users. Pulse uses encryption to encrypt the messages while they are being delivered over the open internet as well as when they are stored on your own publicly or private accessible server. This assures that even if your messages are intercepted or collected while they are being sent to another user, it would be very difficult and almost impossible for them to decipher your message.
