Between August 2014 and September 2016, the time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometer COSIMA (COmetary Secondary Ion Mass Analyser) on board the Rosetta orbiter (Rosetta space mission), performed in situ analyses of the dust particles ejected from the comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko (67P). First results have confirmed the presence in the cometary dust of a high-molecular-weight organic matter that could show similarities with the IOM (Insoluble Organic Matter) extracted from meteorites. The aim of this thesis is to describe even more accurately the organic matter of the 67P cometary particles.
