El papel del patrimonio cultural en el escenario de posconflicto en Colombia: paisaje, patrimonio cultural inmaterial y memoria para la construcción de paz

The article presents an analysis of cultural heritage, in- cluding elements such as landscape, intangible cultural heritage and memory in the context of the post-conflict scenario in Colombia, which can serve the country for peace-building, repair of the social fabric and contribute to the guarantees of non-repetition of the armed conflict. Methodology: Cultural he- ritage is approached from various authors to understand its definition and im- portance. Also, methods are highlighted such as: pluralize the past; from the particular to the universal; heritage as a process oriented through dialogue; dynamic heritage; verbalization versus silence, among others. A comparison is made with the Guatemalan case as a guide and example for Colombia regar- ding the construction of peace through cultural heritage. Similarly, national experiences such as the House of Memory Museum and the San Jacinto Com- munity Museum are contemplated. Conclusions: Understanding the potential of cultural heritage is an important step to complement the work done in favor of the construction of memory, transitional justice, truth and reparation, gua- rantees of non-repetition and, above all, the need for national reconciliation. Originality: The article reviews the regulations and contributions, not only from the cultural heritage, but also from the post-conflict policies to contribu- te to the construction of peace.El artículo presenta un análisis sobre el patrimonio cultu- ral, contemplando elementos como el paisaje, el patrimonio cultural inmate- rial y la memoria, que en el escenario de posconflicto en Colombia, pueden ser- vir al país para la construcción de paz, reparación del tejido social y contribuir a las garantías de no repetición del conflicto armado. Metodología: Se aborda el patrimonio cultural desde diversos autores para comprender su definición e importancia mientras entre otros métodos se resalta: pluralizar el pasado; de lo particular a lo universal; el patrimonio como proceso orientado a través del diálogo; el patrimonio dinámico; verbalización versus silencio. Se realiza una comparación con el caso guatemalteco como guía y ejemplo para Colombia en lo concerniente a la construcción de paz a través del patrimonio cultural. De igual manera, se contemplan experiencias nacionales como el Museo Casa de la Memoria y el Museo Comunitario de San Jacinto. Conclusiones: Comprender el potencial del patrimonio cultural es un paso importante para complementar la labor que se realiza en favor de la construcción de la memoria, la justicia tran- sicional, la verdad y reparación, las garantías de no repetición y sobre todo la necesidad de reconciliación nacional. Originalidad: El artículo revisa la norma- tividad y aportes no solo desde el patrimonio cultural, sino también desde las políticas del posconflicto para contribuir a la construcción de paz
