The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work placement, workload on work performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in Yogyakarta Madina Syariah Bank. The population in this study were all employees of Yogyakarta Madina Syariah Bank. The sample in this study were all employees of Yogyakarta Madina Syariah Bank, amounting to 33 people. The research method used is quantitative research. The research variables use four variables namely work placement variables (x1), workload (x2), work motivation (z) and work performance (y).
