The turnover of bank employee of BTN Syariah KC Yogyakarta is regarded as small possibility. There are 22 employees of 41 employees of Syariah Bank KC Yogyakarta have worked more than 6 years, its mean that the employee’s satisfaction in this Syariah Bank is classified too high. Many variables to determine the highest satisfaction of this bank employee, there are mastery of technology information, Islamic work ethics, work environment and compensation. Therefore, the aims of this research is to understand the influence of work satisfaction determinant of Islamic Bank.
