This work is an experimental thesis in condensed matter physics, with device nanofabrication in the Delft clean-room. The main purpose of this work is to test the usability of Selective Area Grown (SAG) InSb nanowire networks for topological quantum computation based on Majorana Zero Modes. The first benchmark is to test the quality of SAG InSb nanowires, through devices as field-effect nanowire transistors, Hall bars, Aharonov-Bohm loops and quantum point contacts. Transport measurement at cryogenic temperatures revealed high mobility (10000-30000 cm^2/(V*s)), weak antilocalization, Aharonov-Bohm oscillations and conductance quantization.
