[EN] The present study addresses the use of Kahoot as a self-assessment tool in the university classroom. The experiment was conducted in the subject of Bromatology of the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (San Vicente Mártir Catholic University of Valencia) during the academic year 2016-2017 with a population sample of 45. At the end of each thematic block test questions were designed linked to the contents and the students answered them through the mobile phone. The students valued the application in a very positive way as a tool to improve learning. The percentage of questions answered correctly exceeded 50% in all the questionnaires.
