[EN] This paper develops a methodological questionnaire called Communicative Efficiency (CEC) that has served to analyze the communicative values of the Spanish World Heritage sites web pages from the principles of sustainable tourism of UNESCO. The CEC values the capabilities of web pages relating to: (i) the relations tourism-heritage, (ii) the capabilities of the tourism training and (iii) strategic communication.
