The institutional collaborative construction of gender equality in Europe

[EN] The article deals with the construction in Europe of equality of men and women. It's a new material equality that is driven from the UN, the Council of Europe and the European Union. Discusses the parallel road that has guided European integration and the recognition of the material equality through global and cross-cutting public policies.Discusses the institutional work and permanent dialogue between all the institutions of the world and Europe.[ES] La construcción en Europa de la igualdad de hombres y mujeres desde el punto de vista sustantiva o real es una nueva igualdad material que se impulsa desde la ONU, el Consejo de Europa y la Unión Europea. Se analiza el camino paralelo que ha guiado la integración europea y el reconocimiento de la igualdad material mediante políticas públicas globales y transversales.
