A Case of Improvement in A SME Using Six Sigma Approach

[EN] Quality, understood as a Business Strategy, must turn into an essential part of any type of organization, incorporating their concepts, approaches and methods in any of their processes. Those methods include, as a basic element, the use of statistical tools. In this sense, SME require to update strategies to achieve higher quality standards that allow them to survive in increasingly competitive markets. This paper deals with implementation of Six Sigma concepts and methods in SME, presenting a case of application in a small manufacturing company.
