ANALISI YURIDIS TERHADAP PERJANJIAN INTERNASIONAL DALAM SISTEM KETATANEGARAAN DI INDONESIA

Since her establishment in 1945 post the proclamation of her independence, the Republic of Indonesia has been aware of the role of international relations and international interactions based on legal principles. Such awareness has been outlined in Article 11 of the Constitution of 1945, the issue has been stipulated more clear and in detail. As a consequence, the Indonesia parliament and government enacted Law Number 24 of 2000 regarding the International Agreements. Thereby the Republic of Indonesia was able to play her role in the safeguarding of peace and international security.
