Empirically, Kersen Fruit has been used as an antidiabetic substance by the community. However, scientific data on its efficacy is not yet available. The purpose of this study is to determine the decrease in blood sugar levels after the administration of Kersen Juice (Muntingia calabura L.). The mice test animals used were divided into 5 treatment groups, each consisting of 3 males. The group I was used as a negative control with the aquadest.
