The house consists of two storeys: — The ground floor with: garage, hall, childrens' bedroom and guestroom and installations. — On the first floor are located: drawing room, dining room, kitchen and parents' bedroom with bath; garden and swimming- pool. The construction was executed in fair faced concrete with metal roof with the aim of achieving great environmental and plastic mobility in the plan form and the elevations.La vivienda se desarrolla en dos niveles: — La planta baja, con: garaje, vestíbulo, dormitorios de hijos e invitados, e instalaciones. — En la planta primera se distribuyen: el salón, comedor, cocina y dormitorio de padres, con baño; jardín y piscina. La construcción se realizó a base de hormigón visto y cubierta metálica, buscando gran movilidad ambiental y plástica en plantas y alzados
