The paper presents an approach to designing an intelligent system to be used in diabetes diagnostics as well as to creating a problem knowledge base for the system. The work also gives a description of constructing a decision tree for diabetes diagnostics and shows how to use it as a basis for generating knowledge base rules. Finally, the article also outlines how an intelligent diagnostic system works.Artykuł przedstawia koncepcję budowy inteligentnego systemu wspomagania diagnostyki cukrzycy.
