SUMMARYBladder injury with subsequent intra-operative laparoscopic repair during a laparoscopic subtotalhysterectomy is reported. The injury was recognised intra-operatively. A successful laparoscopicrepair was undertaken using intra-corporeal sutures. The case is highlighted to report potentialcomplications of laparoscopic surgery and their management options.
