Purpose: Human papilloma virus (HPV)-associated, head/neck cancers have been shown to exhibit increased tumor control with radiotherapy than HPVcancers. We analyzed radiomics features extracted from contrast-enhanced CT images of patients with oropharyngeal cancers with known HPV status confirmed by immunohistochemistry (P16 protein) testing.
