Purpose/Objective(s): Extraction of multiscale radiomic features from preoperative MRI scans provides an opportunity for quantitative, non-invasive, image-based phenotyping of glioblastoma (GBM). Upon obtaining tumor tissue, genomic sequencing can further enhance predictive value.
